Meet our Dutch Heritage Kimono — a coat that’s pure Dutch nostalgia wrapped in contemporary style.

This charming piece was born from classic black Dutch tea towels — the kind that have been hanging in Dutch kitchens for generations, quietly being part of family life and Sunday afternoon coffee moments. We knew they deserved a completely new chapter.

Each towel is 100% pure cotton and originally handmade with such care. We’ve transformed them into this gorgeous kimono, keeping those iconic neon orange borders that create playful lines throughout — it’s like wearing a piece of Dutch design history.

The sleeves are 3/4 long and it has two practical front pockets. It’s the perfect blend of everyday comfort and “where did you get that amazing coat?” style.

A little note: these tea towels are actually new, not preloved like our usual materials. We’re working through our existing stock, but once they’re gone, that’s it — we’ve made the beautiful decision to focus entirely on giving preloved materials their second stories.
