If you are not happy with your purchase it is of course no problem to return it. Please return your item within 14 days of receipt. The return address is:StudioWunderbar, Relweg 4, 1949 ED Wijk aan Zee, The Netherlands.

You will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

All items must be returned new and unused in their original packaging.

Items that are damaged, used or soiled will not be accepted.

If you refuse the parcel and the parcel was shipped back to us, you will be charged €30. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued via the payment method used at the time of placing your order.

For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the new item.

Once we received and accept your return in good condition we will proceed to refund the amount of purchase as soon as possible.

Orders that are being shipped outside of the European Union will be billed local VATand may be subject to additional handling charges upon delivery. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the extra costs would be, as VAT and import duties vary widely from country to country.
